Ingredients:
2 apples
2 carrots
2 tbsp. olive oil
4 tbsp. honey
1 tsp cinnamon
6 crushed walnuts
4 slices of wholemeal bread
Preparation:
In a non-stick pan, caramelize the sliced apples and the carrot slices previously cooked in water in honey, olive oil, and a little cinnamon. Serve with crushed walnuts.
For the tart effect, serve on a slice of wholemeal bread spread with honey, cut it with a round cookie cutter.
