Boiled and diced Potatoes
Beetroot cut into small cubes
Boiled and diced carrots
3 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons vinegar
3 tablespoons mustard
Preparation:To prepare the sauce: In a bowl, pour olive oil, white vinegar, lemon juice, mustard, salt, and pepper, and molasses.
Mix the ingredients well until combined.
To prepare the salad: In a bowl, put the potatoes, beets, carrots, peas, and green onions.
Mix the ingredients together.
Pour the sauce and mix the salad again.
Put the salad in the fridge for an hour, then serve.
