Algerian-Canadian group Labess returns to Morocco on November 14 and 15

Written by FDM

After having sold out in March, at the Mohammed V National Theater in Rabat, the singer Nedjim Bouizzoul and his band return to Morocco through two dates in Fez and Casablanca.

Literally meaning “everything is fine”, the Algerian-Quebec band “Labess”, formed in 2014 in Montreal, merges rumba, flamenco, and traditional North African sounds, such as chaâbi and Gnawa, to give birth to a unique style telling authentic stories, sung in Arabic, French, and Spanish.

Organized by Omy Prod and BZ Events, in co-production with the Heavenement agency, the Moroccan tour will begin Thursday, November 14 at the Megarama of Fes to end Friday, November 15 at the cinema Rialto in Casablanca.
